Out to Lunch finds Billyclub continuing on with their brand of in your face, fast and furious punk rock. After relocating to Dallas in 1997, the band recruited new vocalist Dave Woodard, formerly of REO Speedealer, who's vocal style brought a whole new level of intensity to the already powerful group, which also features ex Exploited and Broken Bones guitarist Karl Morris, ex UK Subs drummer Matthew McCoy, and bassist Kevin Linn.

The band has established a loyal following after spending the last 4 years on the road, suppoerting and headlining shows with such bands as Zeke, Fear, SNFU, Bad Religion, Gwar. Nashville Pussy, Agent Orange, the 1997 Vans Warped Tour and many others. Out to Lunch was recorded at Crystal Clear Sound Studios in Dallas and produced by Toby "Tobasco" Sheets (REO Speedealer, Reverend Horton Heat).
